Getting there:
Transport to and from the island is provided, on request, by a local licensed ferryman.
If you have your own boat, there is a running mooring,
which can be used at all tides.
There is also a small rowing boat, which may be used (by agreement with the owners) to cross the 500m stretch of water to the mainland.

There is mobile phone
and broadband coverage on the island and in the cottage.

Fuel, outdoor furniture and equipment
are stored in a large shed on the grounds.
There is a washer-dryer machine and a diesel
generator, which supplies the house with electricity.
Hot water is provided by the solid fuel stove,
which also provides central heating. There is also an immersion heater. |
